A Night to Gamble – Las Vegas
Gambling has got its own charm when the venue is Las Vegas. Nothing can beat the excitement in casinos in this city of love. I and my boys have always born penchant for gambling, origin of which tracks down to high school. And now as we all are married, the need to gamble arises more. It is not for the sake of money, but for the fun. Money, fun, charm and style- all this are integrals of gambling; certainly every man and woman who are addicts of gambling know it well. We also play non-casino gambling games like Card, Carnival, Coin Tossing, Confidence Tricks, Dead Pool and Dice based. But it is just the Casino that my gang love to play. My gang includes – Jacob, Samuel, Raymond, Duke and I (Cornell). Having 3 weeks holiday plan manifested last October, we packed our bags and took flight to Las Vegas.
Las Vegas is the most populous city in the U.S State of Nevada; it’s the county seat of Clark County. Being the leading financial and cultural centre for Southern Nevada, it is internationally accredited giant resort city known for gambling, shopping and fine dining. Our accommodation here has always been one and only Cosmopolitan. Decorated with moving art in the lobby and video screen columns, it is a world famous accommodation among all other hotels in Las Vegas. In total it has 13 restaurants that offer world class cuisine with delicious drinks. The hotel owns brilliant rooms and suites, each with a unique set of amenities, interior decor and private terrace. Cosmopolitan Las Vegas also offers some blasting and super saver Las Vegas deals. With us unawares, Raymond had already booked for WEEKDAY Specials under which we were allotted 20% off on our stays. Beside weekdays, Cosmopolitan also offers WEEKEND Specials, discounted Las Vegas travel packages, Las Vegas deals and coupons. You can get also discounted tickets and passes for Las Vegas shows and events that keep occurring annually. We had later grabbed a customized vacation package for Phoenix with $225 OFF.
During our holidays there, Vegas had a big football game going on of which Samuel took hell good advantage. He played his odds and won half a million. Not to be left behind, Duke turned Sports Bettor, and bet on Las Vegas race. Jacob played wise though, and unlike I lost $500 on a $0.25machine, he lost $50 at blackjack. Pennies lost, bucks earned, but we had a great time. What we won, we stashed it in shopping for our ladies after all we had to pay back to them for permitting to gamble in Vegas.
There is a golden rule at Casino that even if you don’t wish to play, still sign up for a free player card from Player’s Club desk. Once you have game rules under your thumb, you can grab free rooms on your next visit. But make sure, you don’t bet more than you can’t afford. If like us, you are also staying at Cosmopolitan Las Vegas then ask for taxi only from hotel. Here on the strip, taxis don’t stop and you might end up left stranded for hours.
Cosmopolitan is the heart of Las Vegas nightlife, here you can get the most maddening of the casinos. The casino floor here brings forth some real classic table games like Blackjack, Roulette, Craps, Let It Ride, Baccarat, Three Card Poker, Fortune Pai Gow Poker and Spanish 21. Slot lovers here get an enjoying time playing the wide variety of clot machines. Try your luck at 1,478 reel spinning, video reel and video poker machines. For ease of budget the denominations here range from $0.01 – $500. Apart from these, Cosmopolitan Las Vegas also has featured video games, just to lure visitors more. It is one giant honey comb of Las Vegas to lure all the tourists coming here from diverse parts of world.
